For sale is a used Pfeiffer Balzers TPU 520M turbomolecular vacuum pump with TCM 520 controller. No TCP-121 controller is included. Probably best just used for parts. This includes all original packaging, labels, instructions, and subpart.

Most items were purchased at inventory reduction, government surplus, or semi-conductor equipment sales. The turbo pump spins freely, has an 8 cf flange, but needs a rebuild and damaged electrical connector. What you see is what get. Lots of work to repair the controller.

The controller needs parts replaced that are missing and a bent connector repaired. The cooling fan is included. The purge valve is missing parts as well.
