Details:
All cast iron prevents cylinder distortion and egg-shaped cylinders when Pump gets hot. Lower pressure combined with rpm will give you great results and a compressor that last for many years. The belts are 3/4 from groove. Free air: this is our 15 hp, 3 cylinder, 2-stage, compressor Pump.
However, I have never seen a steel connecting rod fail in one of our Pumps. Option included on our Pump.
This 15 hp air compressor Pump is all cast iron. This is nice when you are sandblasting, etc. I have seen many compressors over the 26 years of building compressors, and them break aluminum rods. With our unit, if you want to clean your valves, intake, or exhaust, can take the valves out of cylinder head by unbolting valve retainer and just pull right inspect it.
Minimum rpm on this Pump is many of the Pumps you see market have one belt three. This pulls cool air into the cylinder. Easy quick to take in and out. The cylinders are still moving in a free wheel mode, but it cannot compress air because intake valve is held open.
This unit comes filled with oil and has filters on. This is very nice for continuous run applications such as gasoline driven or electric high duty cycle. This Pump has 3 belt drive. This Pump has head unloads.
If you are looking for a 20 to 30-year compressor Pump, this is the one and backed by our Eaton factory warranty. This Pump has a site glass to view your oil level. This rod does not come close to a forged steel. This will give you a higher cfm at lower pressure and the compressor run cooler with less wear.
No start-up kit required. This Pump runs counter clockwise rotation as you are looking at the compressor fan or flywheel. Three belt ensures better grip age and longer life.
Each cylinder is all cast iron with no sleeves or aluminum. This ensures good crank stability and long compressor bearing life. The flywheel size is it sealed with an aluminum washer under valve seat no head gasket to fool when removing valves. Head unloads are an air cylinder in each.
Under heavy duty cycles. The reason this Pump is so tough, it a 3-cylinder, or w design. When air is applied to them, they open or push the intake valves allowing Pump go into a free wheel mode.
