MDC Part# 678006 model # PSM-2504, RG //offs/west I received it in a bag wrapped bubble and foil, we opened pictures. There is a Leak Test Certificate that dated 8-20-19, believe it due for new calibration. Don't know Much about this, The last 3 pictures is what we where able to find it online.
