The sides of the pump housing are polished to a mirror shine. Model: TMH 071-010-005. THM 071 turbo molecular drag vacuum pump with TC 600 turbo controller. We applied 24 VDC to the red and black wires going controller, a green light came on solid.

This pump is in fair cosmetic condition. Notes:This pump is in PARTIAL working condition. Requires external power supply and controls, not included. This came in a pile of presumed-faulty parts, so it is sold AS-IS.

Comes in non-original packaging. The sound it made was the same as when your hands are cold and you cup them over mouth to blow in warm up, with open wide. The insides look clean, but this has not been stored in a clean environment. The biggest blemish is one corner of the pump dented, on top/left inlet side.

No other testing was done. The tamper-evident seal on bottom of the pump is not torn. Designed especially for helium leak detectors. We flicked the first stage with a fingertip and blades spun freely.
