I zip-tied a damp paper towel over the outlet port before powering it up, and exhaust blackened towel, as shown in last photo above. No software, power cords, or other accessories are included unless stated above. It powers up, and seems to start pumping without a problem, but I only ran it for few seconds make sure the motor was turning over inlet pulling vacuum.
The plastic cover is cracked and broken, the flanges are each a little bent, as shown. All offered products are sold as advertised, is and without warranty.
It looks to be in good cosmetic condition, showing some signs of wear.
